Here is a list of few wordpress blogging client for Nokia smartphone that may be useful if you want to blog on the go with your mobile phone.
1. Official WordPress app for Nokia Symbian phone
- This app is built on Qt framework so you need to install Qt first in your phone. (Download Qt)
- Then install this sis file installer. WordPress for Nokia 0.5.2
- After that, click on the icon in application folder and you may start blogging using WordPress for Nokia app
- Please note that this app is still in early alpha version and may be buggy.
2. Wordmobi – open source wordpress app for Nokia Symbian Phone
Wordmobi is free wordpress client for nokia symbian phone and is written using Python. Though the user interface of wordmobi is not so pretty as it is using native symbian os UI, wordmobi has some useful and robust features.
Wordmobi support features such as;
- writing, editing blog posts
- comment moderating; reply comments, edit comments etc
- support for categories and tags
- can insert pictures from phone gallery and take new photo from camera
- update to twitter as soon as new post is published
- and many more…
To use wordmobi
- You need to install Python 2.0 and pips into your phone – download phyton 2.0 and Pips
- Install Wordmobi client – download wordmobi 0.9.4
- Run the program and happy blogging.
3. Official WordPress App for Nokia Maemo Phone
- For Nokia N900 which using Maemo 5 OS
- You need Qt libraries in order to use this app; Download Qt
- Install WordPress for Nokia Maemo, download link
4. MaemoWordPy – wordpress app for Nokia Maemo (N900)

Ok, aku hanya pakai Nokia 5800 which is symbian…so yg maemo tu tak pernah try la…bagi aku yg terbaik ialah Wordmobi walaupun interface tak cun, tapi senang nak menaip post, insert gambar dll…
WordPress for Nokia; interface dah ok…cuma sangat buggy…kadang2 hang or tak kuar tulisan…tapi results may vary…cuba ko test lah

Patutnya support gak la kalau n95…try apps 1 ngan 2 tuh…
gambar2 dia upload dalam server blog ko…xtau la leh ke setting biar dia masuk flickr dll tuh…tapi da fungsi compress gambar bg size kecik gila…
